The company was developed by Mr. Chijindu Kelechi Eke , who launched eComp to provide affordable services for small businesses.

Mr. Eke worked for several large Information Technology firms and was convinced that some of these large companies did not cater to the needs of most of the small and personal businesses that need computer consulting services. Consequently, Mr. Eke established eComp to fill this gap and to provide affordable, customer-focused services to such businesses.
