Custom Software - Employee Rating Analyzer (ERA)
ERA was designed and developed
by eComp Solutions to provide feedback regarding the performance of
managers. Surveys were distributed to various individuals within the company,
and the information from these surveys were analyzed and reported to the
managers in order to maintain or improve their managerial skills.
The first version of the software was developed in Microsoft® Visual Basic
using Microsoft® SQL Server database. Because the
software was used for gathering and reporting feedback information, we
integrated it with the Internet technology. The system integration was
implemented in such a way that representatives of different companies could log on to the
Internet and either input data or generate reports based on
assigned unique user identification code and password.
